Warren Township Girls Softball

WTGS Fastpitch is the local program supported by Warren Township Girls Softball.  The various divisions create a great opportunity for girls from 1st grade through 10th grade to experience the fun and enjoyment of girls fastpitch softball.  Sportmanship, learning, teamwork, and fun are critical aspects that make our program successful. 

The league practice season will begin near mid-April 2012, with games beginning near mid-May of 2012.  The season concludes by mid-July...with the hope of having created an experience that makes every girl want to come back and play again.

Great News.  WTGS Spirit Wear has arrived.  If you have placed order(s) for WTGS Spirit Wear, please come and pick them up tonight (Tuesday) and tomorrow night (Wednesday) at Warren Township Fields Shelter B from 6:30pm-7:15pm.  Any questions, please contact The Director of Apparel.

The WTGS Board is pleased to announce that all 2012 WTGS Fastpitch registration fees have been kept at the same level as last year.  In keeping with the economic times, we are doing everything we can to ensure that there are no barriers to girls playing WTGS softball. 

Total fees for 2012 will be $85 for Instructional Division players (1st & 2nd Grade) and $105 for all other divisions.  This includes the $15/player fee that we turn over to Warren Township.  (Please note: there is no change to the volunteer requirements nor the $100 fee due for not volunteering as a Coach or in concessions)

Ball field status is controlled and updated by Warren Township, not by the Warren Girls Softball Board. The most up to date conditions can be viewed at the Warren Township website by clicking here or by calling 847-244-1101.

When our WTGS Fastpitch teams are playing games the WTGS makes sure to always have a Board member on duty at the fields.  In addition we have Division Commissioners that are responsible to act as a liason between the Coaches, Parents, Players, and the WTGS Board.  Should you have any questions during the season the Commissioner for your division will serve as your single point of contact.  We are all looking forward to a great season...see you on the fields.

Lower Division Champions:  Team 5 (Red)
Middle Division Champions:  Team 5 (Firecrackers)
Upper Division Champions:  Team 2 (Orange)
